Our branding process has 3 stages: Discover (research & analysis), Ignite (define your brand story), and Launch (apply insights to create 3 design concepts that reflect your school identity and communicate brand positioning).


Stage 1. The first stage of our three-part process for developing your brand identity is the discovery phase. Here, we’ll delve into researching, analysing, and exploring your school’s brand identity.

We’ll dive headfirst into your world to truly grasp your school’s unique brand story. Armed with this knowledge, we’ll craft a visual identity that powerfully communicates your story and positions you perfectly in the marketplace. We’ll leave no stone unturned in understanding your challenges, stakeholders, and expectations for your new school brand.


  • Initial kickoff meeting. We will identify pain points in your current brand and define your ideal school brand.
  • Competitor research. We will discover what sets your school/trust apart from others through competitor research.
  • Research into your school/trust. Gain a comprehensive understanding of what makes your school/trust unique and successful.


Stage 2: In the ignite phase, we’ll work on crafting your distinctive brand narrative. Our goal is to help you articulate your ethos and ensure that your vision and values are visually communicated throughout all design decisions.

Stage 3: During the launch phase, we will apply the knowledge and information we have obtained about your school through the design process. We will design three concepts that are reflective of your brand.

Our approach to school branding is about diving deep, not assuming. We want to get to know you, your challenges, aspirations, and unique identity to create an authentic brand. We’ll present three design concepts, show how they’ll work across all touchpoints, and deliver the chosen design in multiple file formats for you to use.


  • We will propose three brand identity concepts.
  • We will develop your chosen concept in consultation with you.
  • We will then create the final artwork.
  • We’ll then be on hand to help you continuously develop your school brand.

We worked with Brands 4 Schools to produce our first handbook for attendees of our training on child sexual exploitation. They were able to turn our ideas into an attractive and professional publication that we are now so proud of.
